The regulations for the Subclass 870 – Sponsored Parent (Temporary) visa were finally made known, making it the fourth new visa subclass revealed this week. The requirements for both becoming a family sponsor and to be granted a visa demonstrate the seriousness of complying with sponsor obligations and visa conditions to be approved a further 870 visa in the future.
