With over twleve years of experience, Alexander Petrakos, principal of Peak Migration has advised business clients of all sizes from NYSE and ASX publicly-listed corporations to SMEs with few employees, and across many industries including agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality and healthcare.
His clients rely on his wealth of experience in many visa classes including employer sponsored, general skilled migration, temporary graduate, partner, family, student, and tourist visas, and has successfully represented clients at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
He had the pleasure of running Continuing Professional Development programs for migration agents on the topic of 457 visas through the Migration Institute of Australia, and has provided advice and training to State government departments and corporations to ensure sponsorship obligation compliance
